Martin Ramsay is the managing director of CEATH Company, a consulting firm with clients on four continents and in 13 countries.  Past clients have included as diverse organizations as Vermeer Manufacturing, General Motors, Johns Hopkins University, US Army CPAC, Dwyer Instruments, and hundreds more.

Martin became interested in writing on long plane rides back and forth to work with overseas clients.  The passion he brought to his consulting work was applied through a new medium.  He found he could reach a whole new audience through the printed word.  Each of his books contains a consultational, teaching element.  He is now the author of six books.

Martin and his wife, "the fabulous redhead", have been married over 50 years. They have four sons, three daughters-in-law, thirteen grandchildren and a herd of goats.
